  • Eating sweets treats, such as “huesos de santo” (bones of saints) and “buñuelos”: For those with a sweet tooth, this is one of the trully wonders of this long weekend in Madrid. “Huesos de Santo” are small cilinders made with marzipan, filled with egg cream with different flavours. The tasty “buñuelos” are round pieces of sweet fried dough, traditional for this festivity.
  • Exhibition Jean Paul Gaultier World of Fashion: From the sidewalks to the stars:This exhibition will talke place at Fundación MAPFRE and there you will have the chance to admire around 150 pieces of high couture and pret à porter clothing, designed from the decade of the 70′s and on. If you are a fashion addict, do not miss it!
  • Exhibition of Cartier at Thyssen Bornemisza Museum: For luxury lovers, it is the chance to see pieces of jewelry that belonged to glamour icons like Grace Kelly, Liz Taylor and Coco Chanel.

  • Exhibition Gauguin  and the trip to the exotic: Organized by Fundación Caja Madrid and Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, includes works of  Gauguin, obviously, but also of other renown artists like Matisse and Macke.
  • Football match  Real Madrid vs. Real Zaragoza: The exacte date has not been confirmed yet, but it will take place either on Saturday November 3rd or Sunday 4th, at Santiago Bernabeu stadium. If you are a football lover, do not miss the chance to see the champions of the Spanish League in action.
  • Football match Getafe vs. Real Betis, at stadium Coliseum Alfonso Pérez, in Getafe, Community of Madrid. The exact date has not been confirmed yet. This is another option for football lovers.
  • Halloween in Madrid: not a tradition in Spain, but every year there are more people here who celebrate Halloween in Madrid. If you want a good party, get your costume and be prepare to any of the partys that will be organized by the most important discotheques in town.
