As you have bought your flight with your favorite company, you need to ask for special attention almost 48 hours before the departure of your flight. And the request can be made from 7 days until 48 hours before the departure of your flight.

And for that purpose, you need to phone the AENA at the following numbers: (+34)902.404.704 or (+34)91.321.10.00. People with hearing or speaking disabilities can use a free service which will allow him/her to contact the information and call center with his/her mobile phone with text and in real time without the help of a third party. Moreover you can contact the AENA through their webpage in the “request for assistance” section.

After the assistance confirmation, they will give you an hour to arrive at the airport and a meeting point. And you don´t have it, you need to arrive at the airport 2 hours before the departure of your flight if you remain in Spain and 3 hours before if it is an international flight.

When you arrive at the Madrid Barajas Airport after you have asked for the special service for disabled, you will meet an intercom near one of the access doors with a yellow logo that you´ll need to use to say you are at the airport and immediately a staff member will come to you and help you to make all the arrangements you need to make before your boarding. And as you will arrive to your destination, someone will be waiting for you there to help you with your luggage…
