Characteristic for its narrow streets, artisans and chocolate factories, its origin goes back to the denominated Roman Spain. It is one of the most ancient areas. In the whole neighborhood the remains of the wall of defense of the time, such as the door of the 'Plaça Nova' can be appreciated. Christophe on 29 of September of 2011 : Petit studio idéal pour deux personnes dans un building tranquille et sécuritaire. espace à aire ouverte et deux grandes portes patios qui s'ouvrent sur une balconnade surplombant la rue très agréables.situé dans un quartier multiethnique animé et sympathique (fenêtres heureusement très étanches permettent de s'isoler des bruits de la rue pour dormir). bien situé, proche du métro et du marché sant antoni ainsi que de plusieurs commerces. air climatisé fonctionnel et confortable, cuisine relativement bien équipée (outre le four micro-ondes dont le fonctionnement n'était pas "friendly user" n'avons pas été en mesure de nous en servir), bonne réception internet wifi (sauf la dernière journée raison ?). le contact de l'appartement très disponible. prix un peu trop élevé. petits détails à améliorer :literie à mettre au standard (manque de papier toilette, une petite serviette de bain/personne pour 9 jours..., pas d'enveloppe de couette et couette blanche sale et tachée par de précédents visiteurs); penderie à réparer (portes coulissantes glissent mal sur les rails et l'ouverture des portes ne permet pas d'accéder aux tiroirs);dessus des armoires et de la penderie à épousseter périodiquement (poussières sur le dessus et au fond de la penderie);odeur du rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble très désagréable (style égout) heureusement inconvénient limité et n’atteignant pas notre étage. recommandons néanmoins cet appartement sans h..." Jonathan on 1 of June of 2011 : Enjoyed the diverse location of the apartment and the homey feel of it. sergio and clara were very helpful. it is conveniently located by sant antoni market and also metro. ramblas and barrio gothic are also in walking distance. the one recommendation for the apartment that would be helpful is if you added a brochure with instructions on how to work internet, tv and most importantly washing machine. thanks again. the stay ..."
