Excellent studio recently renewed with first class finishes and located in the heart of the bohemian district of Borne. Very well communicated and near the cathedral, the gothic quarter, port and las Ramblas. Metro L4 Barceloneta.
Situated in El Borne district, very crowded neighbourhood nowadays, where you can find the most modern bars and restaurants and the most avant-garde shops. It is very close to the Harbour and the neuralgic area of the city. Five minutes walking to: la Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar and Palau la Musica. The apartment is nearby all the interesting tourist sites in Barcelona that you can reach by metro, bus or walking.
The studio is prepared for 4 persons. It has a separate area with a double bed and a living/dining area with a sofa, a table with chairs, plasma screen TV, DVD and CD player. Also, the studio has a bunker bed. The open plan kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and vitroceramic hob. It has a complete bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heating. It is located in a fourth floor without lift.

The outstanding rental and the deposit can be paid via credit/debit card or cash upon arrival.

Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 dyas before your arrival. The check in is donde at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).
The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.
