At the check in time, we will charge you the 200€ as a refundable deposit with your credit card and this will be refunded automatically after checking the apartment conditions. Cancellation policy: General cancellation policy - If you cancel 30 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded except 5% plus thirty euros (30 €). - If you cancel between 30 days and 7 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded except 50% plus thirty euros (30 €). - If you cancel after 7 days before date of arrival or late cancel or no show, the deposit will not be returned at all and one night will be charged.
