Completely equipped apartment, very sunny and with a terrace. Its only 5 minutes from the beach and really close to Diagonal Mar and the Villa Olimpica. Tube Poblenou o Llacuna.

The apartment can house up to 4 people and is on a 4th floor with a lift. It is about 64sqm and features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a double sofa bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa, plasma Tv and Dvd, and from there you can access the very sunny terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, washer, coffee maker, ove, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils. The apartment features a full bathroom equipped with shower. The apartment also features air conditioning, heating and iron, as well as WiFi internet connection.

Poble Nou is one of the safest areas in the city, located between Diagonal Mar and Villa Olimpica. Around the Rambla de Poble Nou, an avenue going from Diagonal Ave. towards the sea,  there are several smaller streets and public squares. This is mainly a comercial zone, with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and leisure centers, in addition to having the beach 5 minutes walking away. The apartment is located in a brand new building (2008) and it is distinguished by its different and singular stye in each florr: POP, URBAN, BAUHAUS, RETRO. It´s ideal for a group of friends or a larg family that would like to be accomodated in the same building although keeping the intimacy.

Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 dyas before your arrival. The check in is donde at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).

The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.
