The apartment is of modern design and features floor to ceiling glass doors, open-plan kitchen, designer furniture incl a natuzzi leather sofa and original paintings, a bathroom with walk-in shower, quiet bedroom with balcony and a video entry system

Check in: 2pm / Check out: 11am. Please contact the apartment administration to confirm your arrival time, at least three days before your arrival. Damage deposit will be charged to your credit card, which is automatically canceled after verifying the apartment conditions upon departure. The pending balance can be paid by credit card or cash upon arrival, or by bank transfer a few days in advance.
Check ins after 22h00 and check outs before 8:00 am have a surcharge of 30€.

Tara on 26 of September of 2010 : My husband and i rented the beach deluxe apartment for a week during our stay in barcelona, part of a longer vacation in spain. we thoroughly enjoyed it on every dimension. it is in a fantastic area of the barceloneta, right opposite the harbor, on a street chock full with excellent seafood restaurants and gelato places. it is two blocks from the fresh food market (and at least two supermarkets, and steps from a convenience store) so provisioning excellent food was easy. we enjoyed several nights out on the deck watching the sunset and eating tapas. it is only a few blocks from the metro station, so we had no trouble getting out and about. finally, we took advantage of its proximity to the beach and to a bike rental shop to go to the local beach and to ride down to the other less populated beaches. the apartment was spotless, modern, and well equipped with kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, etc. our local contact was extremely responsive and helped us to resolve a problem we had connecting to the wireless - the owner stopped by that evening and helped us. i would absolutely stay in this apartment again if it were available, or at least use desig barcelona to find another flat if that was not..."
