This cosy 32 sqm studio is located in a typical building in the area of Barceloneta, just a few meters from the beach and the magnificient restaurants where you can eat nice fish and seafood.
Due to its location, apart from relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean warm waters, you will be able to visit any area of Barcelona, especially for its proximity to the Museu d`Història de Catalunya, the Olympic Port, Port Vell and the fashionable neighbourhood, "el Borne". You can walk to las Ramblas and you will reach the cathedral and other turistic places in 10-15 minutes.
The apartments fits 3 people. It has one double bed and one single sofa-bed. Completely equipped with TV, DVD, air-conditioning, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, internet connection, a table with some chairs and a bathroom well equipped as well with shower and all the necessary utensils for the kitchen. Internet available without charge under request. Second floor without lift.
Special conditions
Check ins after 9pm and check outs before 9am have a 30€ surcharge.
Check in's are done from 2pm and check out's are done until 11am.
Groups of friend under 30 years old are not accepted.
