Situated in El Borne, very crowded neighbourhood nowadays, where you can find the most modern bars and restaurants and the most avant-garde shops. It is very close to the Harbour and the neuralgic area of the city. Five minutes walking to: la Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar and Palau la Musica. The apartment is nearby all the interesting tourist sites in Barcelona that you can reach by metro, bus or walking.
Living room equipped with larder, table, chairs, one sofa-bed, crockery and glassware. Kitchen equipped with fridge, washing machine, stoves, extractor hood, oven, and equipped with all necessary tools to cook. Other household electrical appliances: toaster, electric coffee machine, hairdryer, blender and vacuum cleaner, TV receiving regular and digital channels through 2 satellite antennas. There’s one full bathroom, with bathtub. There are three bedrooms, one with one double bed wardrobe and desk; and two other bedrooms with a single bed, wardrobe and desk; each. The apartment is equipped with towels and sheets, with air conditioning and central heating, which can be regulated in the same apartment. The warm-water system works with gas.
