sandrine on 28 of October of 2011 : Nous n'avons pas eu l'appartement réservé sur votre site...on nous a dit que le voisin du dessus avait entrepris des travaux bruyants et que le plafond risquait de s'éffondrer au lieu de cela on nous a offert 2 appartements dans le même immeuble certes mais le but de notre voyage était d'être tous réunis dans le même endroit, nous avons été très décu de ne pas avoir été prévenu avant notre arrivée, nous avons été mis devant le fait accompli, ce qui n'est pas très correct...nous avons cependant obtenu une petite réduction sur le prix à payer, malgré tout je ne renouvellerais pas de réservation sur votre site et retournerais sur cocoonbarcelona avec qui cela se passe très bien (nous venons chaque année à barcelone). cordialement, sandrine brun..."
