Luxurious apartment with a french style balcony overlooking the street, elegantly decorated in a modern-classical style. Is located in the heart of the Borne neighbourhood, the fashion, design and nightlife district. Right next to the Santa Maria del Mar church.
Situated in El Borne, very crowded neighbourhood nowadays. It is very close to the Harbour and the neuralgic area of the city. Five minutes walking to: la Basilica de Santa Maria del Mar and Palau la Musica. The apartment is nearby all the interesting tourist sites in Barcelona.
Perfectly equipped, this apartment is ready to house up to 6 people in three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and ensuite bathroom; the second room has a double bed and the third one a single bed. All three bedrooms have independent dressing rooms in the lower floor, while the beds are in the upper story. Also, the apartment has one puff that can become a bed to sleep one more person. The large living room features a sofa, table and chairs and also exits to the balcony. The apartment has a second bathroom with shower. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, hob with oven and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The apartment also has WiFi internet connection, washing machine, hairdryer and 32” plasma TV.Special conditions
Check ins after 9pm have a 20€ surcharge. Check ins after 11pm have a 35€ surcharge. Check in's are done from 3pm and check out's are done until 11am.
