Situated in the bohemian “el Born” area in a small and narrow street it is close to the Palacio de la Música and the Catedral and other cultural entertainment. The designer of the apartment has recently renovated the interior and has created a modern stylish atmosphere with the use of red, black & white colors. The special feature stone wall also creates a unique and rustic style environment. With lots of one of a kind boutiques, fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars and shops close by the guests staying at this delightful apartment will not be disappointed as you won´t need to go far to explore this beautiful city.
On the ground level when you walk into the apartment is a spacious open area where you find the living room, dining table, kitchen and toilet. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, bookcase and HI-FI. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, such amenities include all crockery & cutlery, fridge, freezer, vitroceramic cooker, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, kettle, pots & pans. Upstairs is the loft area where the main sleeping area is located with a double bed, night table and lamps and wardrobe. There is also extra space upstairs where a modern armchair for relaxing has been placed for taking time out and reading. The ensuite bathroom on this floor has been brightly decorated using red and white and is equipped with walk in shower, washbasin, & WC. This apartment also has air conditioning/heating, washing machine, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, towels and bed linen are provided. Baby cot and internet connection can be made available on request before your arrival date. Pets and Parties are not allowed. All apartments are non-smoking.
This apartment is a short 2 minutes walk from the renovated Santa Caterina Market, the Cathedral and Palau de la Musica. Less than 7 minutes from the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona which is the oldest part of the city and another 2 minutes from the famous Las Ramblas.
