This comfortable apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift located next to Plaza Tetuan, a few minutes walking from the most visited monument in Spain, the unfinished temple “Sagrada Familia” , 20 minutes from las Ramblas and 15 minutes walking from the Port Olimpic and the beach.
The neighbourhood is a mid-class residential zone, very nice and quiet at night and where you can peacefully take a walk. Around the apartment there are several restaurants, bars and different kinds of shops.
The apartment can house up to 5 persons in two bedrooms, one of them features a double bed and ensuite bathroom, with a jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, where one of them can be converted into a double bed. There is second bathroom equipped with shower. The wide living / dining room features Tv, Dvd, two sofas, table and chairs for having a meal and a wall with impressive windows where you can enjoy the view to the street.
