This comfortable apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift located next to Plaza Tetuan, a few minutes walking from the most visited monument in Spain, the unfinished temple “Sagrada Familia” , 20 minutes from las Ramblas and 15 minutes walking from the Port Olimpic and the beach.
The neighbourhood is a mid-class residential zone, very nice and quiet at night and where you can peacefully take a walk. Around the apartment there are several restaurants, bars and different kinds of shops.
The apartment can house up to 5 persons in two bedrooms, one of them features a double bed and ensuite bathroom, with a jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, where one of them can be converted into a double bed. There is second bathroom equipped with shower. The wide living / dining room features Tv, Dvd, two sofas, table and chairs for having a meal and a wall with impressive windows where you can enjoy the view to the street. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge /freezer, vitroceramic cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils. The apartment also features air conditioning, heating, WiFi internet connection, hairdryer, baby cot.

Mark on 26 of April of 2011 : The location of the apartment is fantastic. unfortunately we were horrified by the apartment upon arrival as it was covered in scaffolding for the "facade works". i consider that the website is misleading in its description of the apartment as the "facade works" take away from the appearance of the building and make the balconies unusable. for the price quoted on the website for this 'luxury' apartment this accomodation is vastly over-priced in its current state. when the works are completed i am sure that this will be one of the best places to stay in ..." David on 24 of September of 2010 : The apartment was very large and was very well appointed in a general sense, including paintings, tables, couches, and a large and modern kitchen. the beds/pillows weren't that comfortable and could do with some upgrading to match the overall - very high - standard of the apartment. the lack of a clothes dryer needs to be rectified. the agent who dealt with us was especially helpful. she took into account that through no fault of the owner the facade of the building needed repair and we therfore arrived to a building covered in scaffolding and mesh. also there were loud drilling/roadworks immediately outside the building - which wasn't very relaxing for us - but the agent and owner helpfully discounted the price to take these factors int..."
