This comfortable apartment is located in the third floor of a building located next to the “Monumental” bullring, only 5 minutes walking from the most visited monument in Spain, the unfinished temple “Sagrada Familia” , 20 minutes from las Ramblas and 15 minutes walking from the Port Olimpic and the beach.

The neighbourhood is a mid-class residential zone, very nice and quiet at night and where you can peacefully take a walk. Around the apartment there are several restaurants, bars and different kinds of shops.
