This comfortable apartment is located in the fourth floor of a building without lift located next to Plaza Tetuan, a few minutes walking from the most visited monument in Spain, the unfinished temple “Sagrada Familia” , 20 minutes from las Ramblas and 15 minutes walking from the Port Olimpic and the beach.
The neighbourhood is a mid-class residential zone, very nice and quiet at night and where you can peacefully take a walk. Around the apartment there are several restaurants, bars and different kinds of shops.
The apartment is ready to house 6 people in two bedrooms: the first one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and a second one with two single beds. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living room, as well as table and chairs, TV. The apartment features one bathroom with a shower and it also has an additional toilet.
