This comfortable apartment is located in the fourth floor of a building without lift located next to Plaza Tetuan, a few minutes walking from the most visited monument in Spain, the unfinished temple “Sagrada Familia” , 20 minutes from las Ramblas and 15 minutes walking from the Port Olimpic and the beach.
The neighbourhood is a mid-class residential zone, very nice and quiet at night and where you can peacefully take a walk. Around the apartment there are several restaurants, bars and different kinds of shops.
The apartment is ready to house 5 people in two bedrooms: the first one with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and a second one with two single beds. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living room, as well as table and chairs, TV. The apartment features one bathroom with a shower and it also has an additional toilet. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The apartment is on a fifth floor without lift.

Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am.
Check ins after 10pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.
Pending balance must be paid in cash upon arrival, credit cards are not accepted.

Andrew on 18 of August of 2009 : The keyholder did not turn up at the requested time as per the email. if it had not been for the kindness of some local people my family and i would have slept on the street on the first night of our holiday. his phone was turned off and he could not be contacted. he finally rang on saturday morning and we arranged to meet at the apartment so it all turned out ok. we took the cost of our emergency accommodation out of the rental we owed. the other problem was that cris did not speak any english, we do not speak spanish, this caused problems. other than that the accommodation was superb, although another air conditioning unit in the second bedroom would have been brilliant. would definately use your company again as the problems were simply part of the adventure. thank you for a good...
