Beautiful 80sqm apartment situated in a magnificent building in the Eixample district of Barcelona, it is located two streets away from Paseig de Gràcia and 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Metro L4 Girona and L3 Passeig de Gràcia.
The Eixample district of Barcelona is famous for its modernist architecture,a few minutes from the apartment you will find two of the masterpieces of the famous catalan architect Antoni Gaudí; La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. In this area you will also find the most exclusive shops of the city as well as several bars, terraces and restaurants.
The apartment is prepared for 6 persons. It has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a wide wardrobe and the other one with a double bed. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, a table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD and CD and MP3 player.
