This 60 sqm apartment has recently been renewed, the interior design keeps some of its original features, resulting in a nice and cosy place where you could pleasantly enjoy your holidays.

It is located in the Gothic neighbourhood, a few meters from Las Ramblas, the Maremagnum neighbourhood, and the Port Vell. Its location will allow you to easily access the most emblematic places Barcelona by foot as well as by Tube or bus.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with bunker beds. It also has a single bed in the living room and two single sofa beds in the hall. The kitchen is completley equipped with fridge, microwave, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The modern bathroom has a shower and hair drier. The apartment it also has air conditioning, heating, TV, radio / cd player and a balcony. Third floor without lift (interior).
