Illuminated and comfortable apartment, very well equipped, located in a building in the Gracia neighbourhood, very close to Plaza Joanic. 1st floor with lift. Tube L4 (Joanic).
The area gracia is very popular to go out at night. It has a great number of small fashion shops and a large variety of bars and restaurants. Gracia is home to a large number of student residents, a substantial community of artists, actors, musicians, photographers and designers, all of  this contribute to its bohemian flavour. From here you`ll be able to easily reach the most emblematic points of the city: the Sagrada Familia, the Güell park, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, etc.
This is a two bedroom apartment, one of them with one double bed, and the second one with one double sofa bed. The bathroom has a round bathtub. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The living room also features sofa, tv, music palyer and DVD. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

VERY IMPORTANT: There is 2 public parkings next to the apartment (50 m.) you can let your car for days ,weeks or hours (this service is necesary to pay it)

Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 dyas before your arrival. The check in is donde at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).

The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.
