This nice studio is located in Gracia, one of the most traditional neighbourhoods in Barcelona. It is about 35 sqm and also has a small patio where a table and chais fit perfectly to allow you eat in the outside. Ground floor, without lift.
It is located in the Gracia neighbourhood. The area is very popular to go out at night. It has a great number of small fashion shops and a large variety of bars and restaurants. It is home to a large number of student residents, a substantial community of artists, actors, musicians, photographers and designers, all of this contribute to its bohemian flavour.
The studio has one double bed and a wardrobe separated from the rest of the studio by a glass brick wall. On the other side of the wall there is a double sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with fridge, electric hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub. The studio also features fans and TV.
We do not provide towels for monthly stays.

Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am.
Check ins after 10pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.
Pending balance must be paid in cash upon arrival, credit cards are not accepted.
