The area gracia is very popular to go out at night. It has a great number of small fashion shops and a large variety of bars and restaurants. Gracia is home to a large number of student residents, a substantial community of artists, actors, musicians, photographers and designers, all of this contribute to its bohemian flavour.

marie on 8 of January of 2011 : Bon séjour découverte grâce à la situation géographique de l'appartement choisi. frais de stationnement pour notre véhicule à inclure dans les frais de séjour mais sécurité garantie - le logement était agréable avec un chauffage d'appoint électrique car il faisait frais (nuisance sonore la première nuit puis l'habitude s'installe) au niveau de l'équipement c'était un peu juste 3 chaises pour 4 locataires éventuels - manque de vaisselle - première soirée dijoncteur au moment où les appareils étaient brachés (four + chauffage + plaques de cuisson) petite anecdotes mais qui peuvent déplairent par la suite - petite vigilence pour les clients suivants à avoir - merci à david pour son accueil chaleureux personne sympathique - ps : difficulté rencontrée à utiliser la clé de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble (serrure forcée certainement) mais on a eu la main on est doué !! merci pour tout je reviendrai peut être..." Marko on 15 of May of 2010 : We are a family with two little children (4 years and 9 months) and we stayed in this apartment for 5 days. the apartment is small but cozy and very comfortable. it is recently renovated and has all the necessary equipment. its location is also very good. everything is within walking distance from the apartment - placa catalunya (20min), metro (5min), sagrada familia (10min), center of gracia neighborhood (5min) ... if you want to stay in quiet and decent neighborhood, as opposed to the very center of the city with tourists and noise, this apartment is perfect. the only downsides of is that the shower cabin is very small and that there's not much sunlight in the ..."
