It is a nice studio situated in a classic building (where a bourgeois house from the 30ths can be visited), situated in Gracia neighbourhood, one of the nicest areas in Barcelona.
This area is very popular at night. It has a wide range of small fashion shops and a big variety of bars and restaurants. In this area there are lots of students, artists, actors and design people who contribute to the “bohemian” atmosphere of the place.
It has a double bed. The living has a sofa-bed, a table with four chairs and has got TV, DVD and HIFI. The bathroom is complete with white marble shower and the kitchen is completely equipped: glass ceramic hob, micro-wave, fridge, oven, coffee-maker, toaster, washing-machine/dryer. 1st. floor without lift.
Special conditions
Check ins after 9pm and check outs before 9am have a 30€ surcharge.
Check in's are done from 2pm and check out's are done until 11am.
Groups of friend under 30 years old are not accepted.

Dolores on 13 of August of 2011 : Lo que falta, eramos 3 personas y solo tenia 2 sillas, las tohallas muy viejas y ni un colgador, la cama muy mala el sofa pasable, mucho ruido por la noche la gente que prepara las fiestas del barrio, cuando terminaba el dia, se sentaba en el suelo de la calle junto a la casa en el primer chiringito y estaba charlando, concretamente el dia de nuestra salida qye cojimos el avion a las 7 de la mañana ellos terminaron la noche a las 5 horanoches, un timbre para los 2 apartamentos, no me dejo buen...
