Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 dyas before your arrival. The check in is donde at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).
The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.

Alicia on 8 of March of 2012 : El departamento en sí mismo está muy bien. responde perfectamente a las fotos que se ven en el sitio web. es moderno, está en buenas condiciones y muy adecuado para una persona porque es pequeño. la zona es cómoda pero extremadamente ruidosa. tiene muy buen cerramiento y se pueden aislar los ruidos, el problema se presenta cuando se quiere abrir para ventilar. lo peor de todo es el check in porque está alejado del departamento y me parece muy mal que no haya una persona que acompañe al interesado para ofrecerle orientaciones y ayudarlo a instalarse. es complicado "descubrir" cuál es finalmente el departamento al que hay que ingresar. las denominaciones de pisos y departamentos no son para nada claras. aunque todos los equipos funcionan bien, la luz eléctrica es extremada mente baja y no es muy iluminado porque la única abertura que tiene es pequeña. para turistas que están todo el día fuera, y no permanecen mucho tiempo adentro, ..."
