On the 2nd floor of a classic building where we have kept its original features such as wooden beams and tall ceilings. Decorated with a modern style mixing esthetical and functionality.

I has a priviliged situation. You can go walking to any relevant area of the city. One minute from Liceu tube station. 3 minutes from MACBA and CCCB, 1 minute from “Boqueria Market”, and next to the well-famoused “Las Ramblas”.
Its fits five persons, it has got two double-sized beds and one double sized sofa bed. The kitchen is full equipped with fridge, freezer, washing-machine, dish-washer, glass ceramic hob, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen utensils in order to enjoy a nice dinner on your own or with someone else’s company. Modern bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with TV and DVD; where you will be able to relax and chill out after a long day of shopping and sightseeing.

Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 dyas before your arrival. The check in is donde at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).

The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.
