In this apartment, there is an extra charge of 30€ for check ins after 8pm and of 40€ after 10pm.

This apartment was built  in a classic building completely renewed with an elegant and modern style. It has two balconies facing famous Las Ramblas.

Its situation is excellent. You can go walking to almost every important point of the city: 1 minute to “La Boqueria”, 5 minutes to “La Plaza Catalunya”, 3 minutes to MACBA, and “CCCB”, 5 minutes to “Coloumbous Statue” and Port Vell and is located on the well-known Las Ramblas.

This apartment can house 4 people. Not only is this apartment in a prime location, but it is also designed to allow you a comfortable and convenient stay during your holiday! The apartment has one large bedroom with two single beds.  There''s also a double sofa bed in the living room, as well as TV and DVD. There is one bathroom with a large shower. It has a small but fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cutterly, etc.
