This comfortable apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator has a terrace with fantastic views. Stands on the borderline between Collblanc and Les Corts neighborhood, next to the tube station (L5), that will allow you to get anywhere and easily visit the whole city.
It is very near from the Barcelona "Camp Nou" stadium, there you can also find the headquarters of the Barça Museum, one of the most visited in Barcelona, and two steps away from one of the busiest shopping streets, Carrer de Sants.
It has three bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other two with one single bed each, what makes it very comfortable for 4 people. The living room has a sofa, a table with 4 seats and a pretty terrace with fantastic views. The kitchen is totally equipped with oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils and the bathroom is well equipped as well, with shower. The flat has air conditioning.
Special conditions
Check in from 4pm and onwards at the Hotel Madanis reception (C/Riera Blanca, 10). If clients wish to check in before that time and there is availability we will be happy to check them in at their arrival, otherwise, we will offer them to leave their luggage at the hotel reception.
No cash will be required for the refundable deposit if clients guarantee their stay with a valid credit card. Check out is at noon. If you wish a late check out, it is possible under availability, with an extra cost of 50€ VAT included.

Matthias on 21 of July of 2010 : Nous sommes déçus,car nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans l'appartement car indisponible en raison de travaux en cours...l'appartement de remplacement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes...nous sommes donc doublement déçus! il n'y a pas d'aliments de base nécessaire lorsque vous arrivez et que vous voulez manger quelque chose (sel, sucre, huile, poivre etc...) le concierge de l'immeuble est carrémment antipathique...heureusement qu'il y avait la climatisation (ça rafraîchit l'air et ça remet les idées en place!) tout ça loué par un hôtel 4 étoiles, y'a du soucis à se faire...ou leur enlever 2 étoiles mi..."
