Located in the sixth floor of a building located in a very quiet area, its modern and comfortable layout make it a very stylish apartment.
Located very close to Diagonal Ave. in the most important business zone in Barcelona and from where you can easily access the Trade Fair og Barcelona. It's 15 minutes from downtown in tube and very close to the FC Barcelona Stadium and L'Illa shopping center. You'll also find local buses to any part of the city and two "Bus Turistic" lines.
It can house 6 people (optionally 8) in three bedrooms; two of them with two single beds each and the third one with a double bed. The living room has a double sofa bed, TV/DVD, table for six people, central heating and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower; and there are also two more toilets. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils. The apartment also has a parking lot.

Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am.
Check ins after 10pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.
Pending balance must be paid in cash upon arrival, credit cards are not accepted.
