General Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel up to 30 days before date of arrival, your downpayment will be refunded except for 5% of the pre-payment plus thirty euros (30€).
- If you cancel from 30 days and up to 7 days before date of arrival, your downpayment will be refunded except for 50% of the pre-payment plus thirty euros (30€).
- If you cancel from 7 days and up to 3 days before date of arrival, your downpayment will not be refunded at all.
- If canceled later or in case of no-show Avenue Suites will charge the first night and your downpayment will not be refunded at all.
We reserve the right to apply special cancellation for bookings of more than 5 rooms for the same night.

Avenue Suites has reception 24 hours, so it is not necessary previously to contact the exception of a late check in, to avoid cancellation fees apply for no show.
