This luminous apartment has two balconies overlooking a square. It stands in PobleSec, a very calm neighbourhood and of very easy access to any point of Barcelona.
Due to its location it is convenient for businessmen and also for tourists visiting the city for the first time. It is only 5 minutes walking from Plaza España, the Fira (main Barcelona exhibitions and congresses center), close from the Montjüic Magic fountains and the Paral.lel Avenue, where some modernist buildings stand out besides the most noted theaters in the city. Only 10 minutes by tube from las Ramblas and Plaza Cataluña.
Ideal for 3 o 4 people one bedroom with two single beds, a living room with table, seats and a double sofa-bed (1.20x1.90) with exit to the balcony. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwaves, TV and hi-fi, toaster and coffeemachine. The bathroom is large and totally equipped. The kitchen is full equipped as well with bathtube.

Check in: from 2pm. Check out: before 11am.
Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 days before your arrival. The check in is at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).
The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance has to be paid in cash.

Unicamente eche en falta no haber sido avisado que el piso era un segundo con dificil acceso. La escalera era estrecha y tenia mucha inclinacion. Seria conveniente indicarlo para tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de subir bultos o personas con dificultad de movimientos. Por lo demas muy bien.

Bonne situation par rapport aux visites.Escalier étroit pour passer avec des valises.Ensemble correct pour dormir à 4 personnes ; pour y prendre tous ses repas et rester une journée entière dans l'appartement, je ne le conseillerais pas. Il vaut mieux chercher plus vaste... Il est vrai que nous n'avons pas demandé d'aide pour choisir ! Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de la prestation ; le rapport qualité/prix est tout à fait correct.
