This wonderful apartment of about 55 sqm has been recently renewed and is completely equipped. Wooden floors. It is a first floor without lift
It is located right next to the Fira (the most important congress and exhibition center in Barcelona); only 10 minutes by tube from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. It is also close to the famous Montjuic fountains and the Pral.lel Ave. where there are some important modernist buildings as well as theathers and pubs.
The apartment is perfect for four persons. It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. In the living room there is a comfrotable sofa, TV, Dvd. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The full bathroom is equipped with a jetted shower. The apartment also features air conditioning, heating, internet connection, ironing equipment.

Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 dyas before your arrival. The check in is donde at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).
The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.
