Spectacular apartment recently renewed. It has a fabulous location and incredible views to the sea, the Port Vell and Las Ramblas from every point in the apartment. The building features wheelchair access, lift and freight elevator.
You can reach the Colombus Statue, the “Port Vell” and the famous “Las Ramblas”. Situated in Paral.lel avenue which is full of terraces, bars and the Mon Raval market. The Pararel where there are many important theatres, pubs, etc.
It is ready to comfortably house up to 8 persons. It has three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, anothe rone with two single beds and a third one featuring a bed with underbed and TV. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, and exits to the balcony, where you’ll be able to enjoy beautiful views of
Barcelona . The kitchen is completely equiped with fridge, microwave, and cooking utensisl. The bathroom has a shower (adapted for disabled people). The building has wheelchair access, lift, and freight elevator.

Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 dyas before your arrival. The check in is donde at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).
The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.
