Beautiful and recently refurbished apartment located in the neighbourhood of Poble Sec. It is strategically located only five minutes walk from Plaza Espanya, the Fira of Barcelona and the Magic Fountains in Montjüic. Metro L3 (Poble Sec).
Due to its location it is convenient for businessmen and also for tourists visiting the city for the first time. It is only 5 minutes walking from Plaza España, the Fira (main Barcelona exhibitions and congresses centre), close from the Montjüic Magic fountains and the Paral.lel Avenue, where some modernist buildings stand out besides the most noted theatres in the city. Only 5 minutes by tube from las Ramblas and Plaza Cataluña.
