This is mainly a comercial zone, with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and leisure centers, in addition to having the beach 5 minutes walking away.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. The living room is equipped with a double sofa and two comfortable armchairs, table, four chairs, Tv/DVD. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, microwave, vitroceramic cooktop and all the necessary appliances. The apartment also has two full bathrooms with shower.
