Living-room with a sofa, table and chairs, TV and exit to the balcony/terrace with table and chairs too. The kitchen, with exit to the balcony, is full-equipped: fridge, oven, micro waves, washing-machine, toaster and kitchenware. Two bathrooms con bath tubes. Apartment with air conditioning and heating systems.
Poble Nou is one of the safest areas in the city, located between Diagonal Mar and Villa Olimpica. Around the Rambla de Poble Nou, an avenue going from Diagonal Ave. towards the sea, there are several smaller streets and public squares. This is mainly a comercial zone, with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and leisure centers, in addition to having the beach 5 minutes walking away.
