Poble Nou is one of the safest areas in the city, located between Diagonal Mar and Villa Olimpica. Around the Rambla de Poble Nou, an avenue going from Diagonal Ave. towards the sea, there are several smaller streets and public squares. This is mainly a comercial zone, with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and leisure centers, in addition to having the beach 5 minutes walking away.
The beautiful apartment is prepared for 4 persons. It has one bedroom with two single beds that can be turned into a double bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a table with chairs, TV, DVD. The sunny kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, glass ceramic hob, tumble dryer, fridge and cooking utensils. The bathroom is complete with shower. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, as well as, iron, hair dryer, and two parking slots.

Check ins after 10pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.
