Completely renewed apartment, very sunny and with a balcony overlooking the Rambla de Poble Nou street. Its only 5 minutes from the beach and really close to Diagonal Mar and the Villa Olimpica.
The apartment has been compeltely renewed and is located on a second floor without lift. It is about 50 sqm, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a single bed. The spaceful living room features a sofa, table and chairs, 32" plasma TV, , music player, and it also leads to the balcony overlooking the Rambla de Poble Nou street. The kitchen is completely equipped has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The bathroom has a shower. The building has a bike parking space. The apartment also has cold/hot air conditioning.
Poble Nou is one of the safest areas in the city, located between Diagonal Mar and Villa Olimpica. Around the Rambla de Poble Nou, an avenue going from Diagonal Ave. towards the sea, there are several smaller streets and public squares. This is mainly a comercial zone, with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and leisure centers, in addition to having the beach 5 minutes walking away.
