Completely renewed apartment, very sunny and with a patio. Its only 5 minutes from the beach and really close to Diagonal Mar and the Villa Olimpica.
The apartment has been completely renewed and is located on the ground floor of an ancient building. It is about 64 sqm, with two bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, and each of them with a double bed. The illuminated living room features a sofa, table and chairs. From one of the bedrooms it leads you to the patio, where you''''''''ll be able to enjoy an outdoor meal. The kichen is equipped with fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, vitroceramic cooktop, coffeemaker, oven, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils. The apartment includes two full bathrooms with shower. The apartment also features air conditioning, heating, iron, hairdryer and internet connection.
Poble Nou is one of the safest areas in the city, located between Diagonal Mar and Villa Olimpica. Around the Rambla de Poble Nou, an avenue going from Diagonal Ave. towards the sea, there are several smaller streets and public squares. This is mainly a comercial zone, with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and leisure centers, in addition to having the beach 5 minutes walking away.

Susan on 24 of June of 2011 : I selected the apartment because it looked clean, and had two bedrooms and air conditioning. we were told on arrival that the air conditioner was broken and that it would be fixed during our stay. that never happened! luckily, the second air conditioner for the bedrooms was able to cool the apartment. if not, we would have had to find other accomodations as there were not enough windows to allow the air to circulate. it also looks as though the apartment has had some water damage. the walls in the master bedroom and kitchen are crumbling due to the moisture. it definitely could use some r...
