The apartment can house up to 4 people and is on a 2nd floor with a lift. It is about 60sqm and features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a double sofa bed. The living room is furnished with a sofa, plasma Tv, and from there you can access the two small balconies overlooking the Rambla de Poblenou street. Poble Nou is one of the safest areas in the city, located between Diagonal Mar and Villa Olimpica. Around the Rambla de Poble Nou, an avenue going from Diagonal Ave. towards the sea,  there are several smaller streets and public squares. This is mainly a comercial zone, with lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and leisure centers, in addition to having the beach 5 minutes walking away.
