A 60 m2 apartment situated in the core of Raval square, where the tall ceilings and wooden-beams have been kept. Façade (the only piece in Barcelona) and indoors stairs rebuilt two years ago. Situated on the 1st floor with lift facing a very quiet street.
Centrally situated in a cosmopolitan and a mixed race neighbourhood, the Raval, which center is the famous Rambla del Raval, where lots of restaurants, bars, discoteques, fashioned stores. You can go walking to Plaza Catalunya, the Ramblas, the Port Vell, Boqueria Market, among other places of interest.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe; the other room consist of two single beds and large wardrobe too. Full equipped kitchen, with fridge, washing-machine, dryer, dish-washer and oven, is separated from the living room by means of a stainless steel table (with four stools). The living has two single sofa beds. Modern bathroom with Jacuzzi. It has at your disposal TV, HI-FI, DVD. Also has telephone line for urban calls.
Special conditions
Check ins are at 2pm and check outs at 11am.
Check ins after 10pm and check out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.
The pending balance has to be paid together with the damage deposit via bank transfer 5 days before your arrival. The damage deposit will be refunded via bank transfer at the latest one week after your departure.
