This charming and bright apartment of 40sqm has been renovated in December 2005, located on a 4th floor (with lift) in a Ciutat Vella building in the old part of the city.
Located 500 meters from the emblematic Ramblas and due to its strategic location you can walk to all interestant places in the city: MACBA (modern art museum), Plaza Catalunya, Colom statue, Port Vell, Boqueria marquet and the Gothic district.
It has one bedroom with two single bed and a plasma TV. The living room has a plasma TV and a sofa bed to host a third person. The kitchen is open well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, oven and coffee maker. The bathroom is very modern and well equipeed too with bathtube. It has air-conditionning and electrical radiators.

Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 days before your arrival. The check in is at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Caterina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).
The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance has to be paid in cash.

Angélique on 6 of May of 2012 : Difficulté pour trouver l'agence à l'arrivée, car depuis la gare routière, il y a le quartier santa catarina à côté, mais la rue se trouve près de la gare ferroviaire... dommage qu'à l'agence la fille qui nous a reçus ne parlait pas français, mais quand même très agréable. appartement très sympa, propre, chaleureux, rue "typique" barcelone, commerces... et du coup un peu de bruit la dernière nuit, mais rien comparé à la vie de cette rue!! juste petit manque : une 2ème lampe de chevet et une balance dans la salle de bains (pour peser les bagages pour l'aéroport!!) dans l'ensemble, très satisfait de cette..."
