This apartment was recently renewed (2007) and all the equipment, like the kitchen or bathroom are brand new. It is kind of small but can comfortably house up to 3 persons.

Centrally situated in a cosmopolitan and a mixed race neighbourhood, the Raval, which center is the famous Rambla del Raval, where lots of restaurants, bars, discoteques, fashioned stores. You can go walking to Plaza Catalunya, the Ramblas, the Port Vell, Boqueria Market, among other places of interest.

It has a comfortable double sofa bed as well as a double bed up on a mezzanine. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The bathroom features a shower.It's located on a second floor (real) without lift.
