The kitchen has a bar completely renovated and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and all the necessary utensils. It has 2 bathrooms completely remodelled: 1 with bathtub and the other one with shower. The apartment has heating system and air conditioning. This apartment features as many chairs as needed for the maximum number of people allowed.
