It is centrally located in a very cosmopolitan and mestizo neighbourhood, Raval whose center is the famous “Rambla del Raval” and where they are infinity of restaurants, bars, discos, clothing stores. You can go walking to Catalunya Square , the Ramblas, Port Vell, Market Boquería, among other places of interest.
By the entrance you will find the dining area with dining table and chairs for 6 people.Then you will dind the kitchen which is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher. Also there is a full bathroom and a separate toilet. In the back area of this loft is the sleeping area; with a double sofa bed, two single beds, and a mezzanine with a double bed. The apartment features air conditioning and heating. In this apartment there is no TV available. This loft will be rented only to people above 25 years old.
