You can go walking to Catalunya Square , the Ramblas, Port Vell, Market Boquería, among other places of interest.
By the entrance you will find the dining area with dining table and chairs for 6 people.Then you will dind the kitchen which is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher. Also there is a full bathroom and a separate toilet. In the back area of this loft is the sleeping area; with a double sofa bed, two single beds, and a mezzanine with a double bed. The apartment features air conditioning and heating. In this apartment there is no TV available. This loft will be rented only to people above 25 years old.Special conditions
