The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.

The apartment and the location were great. We had all equipment we needed, there was even a "welcome drink" left in the fridge :) The check-in was a bit far away, but worked without any issues. The personnel was helpful and reachable at all times.

The "accueil" - the location - the cleanliness : very good :) the apartment war good - but in the second bathroom (the little one), we get some problems with the closet. No ventilation - only this window, which direct opens in the kitschen

La ubicación del departamento es excelente y el trato de las personas con las que tuvimos contacto muy buena. Como cosas a mejorar propongo que dejen un teléfono en el departamento para poder comunicase con la empresa en caso de problemas o dudas ya que para el turista es caro y complicado ponerse en contacto. Recomendable totalmente. Saludos

La situation de l'appartement à deux pas du métro et à coté de la Sagrada Familia sont de vrais plus. IL est spatieux et très lumineux donc très agréable à vivre.L'accès par ascensceur est pratique et l'allée très bien entretenue.Bonne décoration et bons équipements en général. L'appartement est en revanche très bruyant (les bruits de la rue ) sont très importants la nuit et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée.

Ubicazione in ottimo quartiere e veramente a due passi dalla Sagrada Familia. L'appartemento è nel complesso accogliente e funzionale. Qualche manutenzione necessaria.

Amplio apartamento, situado enfrente de la sagrada familia.Tiene un supermercado justo debajo y una entrada de metro a 100m. Totalmente recomendable,el unico pero es su distribucion.

Buena ubicación al lado de sagrada familia, nuevo, limpio y amplio. Lo unico que le hecho a faltar es internet, aunque me ha dicho Lina la persona de contacto que aún no ha dado tiempo a ponerlo porque es reciente pero que se pondrá pronto. Además muy economico. Buena calidad precio. Lo unico malo que aún no tiene internet. Agur
