The reception is open from 10am until 21h30. - The outstanding balance of the reservation MUST be paid at the time of check-in. - The Balance of the reservation can be paid using Cash, or a Debit or Credit Card. Please note however that the company does not accept American Express nor Diners Card. - 200€ deposit is required for the duration of the stay, it is payable in cash or by Credit Card Authorization. - Check-in possible from 3pm (15h) - Check-in from 3pm (15h) –9.30pm (21h30): free of charge - Check-in from 9.30pm (21h30): 20 € (outside of office hours) CHECK-OUT: - Check-out possible until 11am - Check-out from 10 am – 11am: free of charge - Check-out before 10 am: 20€ (outside of office hours) - In the case that the deposit is paid in Cash, you MUST come to our office and check out, at this point we will refund the deposit paid in cash. - If you have paid the deposit via credit card authorization you do not need to come to our office to check-out. - The company reserves the right to charge the card given in lieu of a cash deposit up to 48 hours after the time of check out from the apartment.
