This stunning apartment is on the first floor of a building with lift. Located 10 minutes walking from the most visited monument in Spain, the unfinished cathedral Sagrada Familia. The district is a residential zone of middle-class people, very pleasant and calm at night and where you can walk with absolute tranquillity. In the surroundings of the apartment there are a few restaurants, bars and all type of shops.
The apartment is able to house 5 or 6 people in three bedrooms with double beds, and also a corner sofa where someone can sleep as well. The third bed measured 1.20m, which can be very small for two people. There is one bathroom with hidromassage and hair dryer. The kitchen is modern and is completely equipped with glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fridge, freezer and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Check in: from 2pm. Check out: before 11am.
Please confirm us your time of arrival at the airport at least 3 days before your arrival. The check in is done at our office (Legatur) on 5, Santa Catalina street, next to Sants train station, where we can provide you with tourist information and you can also keep your luggage (for free).
The damage deposit for this apartment is taken by credit card (by preauthorization) and the charge will be automatically cancelled once we've verified the state of the apartment. The outstanding balance can be paid by credit card upon arrival. If you wish to do a wire transfer, please request it at least one week before your arrival.

Apartment lacks light, cleaning, and paint. After we bought some new lightbulbs (not provided by owner) the lack of light improved somewhat. Website gave no indication in advance that apartment was as bad as it turned out to be.
