Check ins are from 1pm to 8pm. The check in before 1pm is not possible as checks out are realized at 11am and then the property has to be cleaned. Check ins after 8pm have an extra charge of 30€ and after midnight an extra cost of 50€ and 10€ per additional hour. (For example: 1am = 60€). Sundays and bank holidays, there is an extra cost of 30€. The outstanding rental has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please have the exact amount.

Ilka on 15 of April of 2012 : Die lage der wohnung ist wunderbar. viele bars, restaurants und geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer umgebung. trotzdem ist die wohnung ruhig. man hat eine gute verkehrsanbindung, kann aber auch sehenswürdigkeiten in der stadt bequem zu fuß erreichen. der ausblick von der terrasse auf die sagrada familia ist wunderbar. die wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im alltag benötigt: küchenpapier, waschmittel, mülltüten,usw.. für kleine kinder sind allerdings die stufen sehr ungünstig. wir können die wohnung ..."
