Brand new apartment, bright with a balcony. Located in a brand new building from 2007. The apartment is located close to the bullring ´Monumental´ and only 10 minutes walking from the most visited monument in Spain, the cathedral Sagrada Familia. At only15 minutes from the Olimpic Port and the Barcelona beaches. Metro L1 Monumental.
Well layed out to accommodate in a confortable way 4 persons. There is a bedroom with a king size double bed with a mattress in latex. The living room is very bright and there is a double sofa bed, a table, some chairs. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, glass ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and some cooking utensils. The bathroom is complete. There is also a television, DVD, air-conditioning, heater and wi-fi internet. The parking is included in the rental price.
The area is a middle class residential area, very cosy and quiet at night – you will be able to walk with absolute tranquility. There are some restaurants, bars and all kind of supermarkets around the apartment.

Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am.
Check ins after 10pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.
Pending balance must be paid in cash upon arrival, credit cards are not accepted.
