Comfortable and sunbathed apartment recently built. It has a balcony /terrace with cairs and also private parking. Building with lift.
The spacious living room is completely equipped with TV, DVD and Stereo; here you will have ample room to relax and chill out after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, with direct access to the great terrace which has table and chairs, ensures that our visitor can enjoy many meal al fresco or enjoy the wonderful views of the beach.
It has two double rooms, one with two single beds and the other one with bunker beds. The dinning room features table and chairs for four people. The living room has a comfortable sofa, 20-channel cable TV and exits to the little terrace. The bathroom has a bathtub. The modern kitchen is completely equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The apartment also has air conditioning and heating.

Location bien située dans un immeuble calme proche du port. Le garage est un avantage pour ceux qui viennent en voiture. Par contre, quelques petits défauts : cafetière fonctionne en branchant/débranchant la prise, pas assez de papier toilette,la télé est vraiment trés petite (sans chaîne en français) et si l'on veut sortir du garage pendant le séjour, pas de "bip" fourni comme aux autres occupant de l'immeuble. Sinon, je recommande cette location.

El dueño y la persona que nos enseñó el apartamento muy amables. Apartamento prácticamente nuevo, cerca de supermercados, metro y autobuses. Cerca de la playa andando a 10 minutos. Cerca de lugares de interés. Tiene lo necesario para poder cocinar, lavar y planchar. Se echa de menos un lavavajillas y mejorar la limpieza. El sofá y las cuatro sillas tenían bastantes manchas que resultaban un poco desagradable, basta con poner unas fundas. El garaje está en el mismo edificio y se accede directamente con el ascensor.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment Bogatell in Barcelona. Close to the beach, nice decoration, and well furnished. There was even a playground for the kids. Best, Isabelle Weiss (Zurich)
