Sunny, fully equipped  and comfortable apartment, located in a particular building at the Olympic Village, with a community garden.

The apartment is in the area of Villa Olimpica, a very modern and pleasant district with a lot of sites to visit, but especially at night the atmosphere gets warmer and the bars and restaurants get crowded in Port Olimpic, constructed for the Olympic Games in 1992. It is near the old district and the famous districts of Borne, Gotico, Barceloneta and las Ramblas.

Modernly decorated, this apartment can house up to 4 persons. It features one bedroom with a wide double bed (it can be converted into two single beds). The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and flat screen Tv. The bathroom is equipped with tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen features fridge, ove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, as well as cooking utensils. ** Pets are not allowed.

Special conditions

Check ins at 2pm and check outs at 11am.
Check ins after 10pm and checks out before 8am have an extra charge of 30€.
Pending balance must be paid in cash upon arrival, credit cards are not accepted.
